Why I'm going 'all in' on AI in 2025

You know that feeling when your to-do list is somehow getting longer even though you're working harder than ever?

That was me three months ago.

I was drowning in repetitive tasks across my businesses - scheduling posts, responding to comments, writing emails, creating content... you name it.

It felt like I was constantly playing catch-up.

And, to be honest, I'd felt that way for a very long time.

It was draining. I knew there had to be a better way.

So one Saturday morning, instead of diving into work as usual, I did something different:

I sat down with my laptop, a very large cup of coffee, and decided to finally tackle this overwhelm at its root.

(This is exactly how I spent my Saturdays during my PhD years, except back then I was working with machine learning algorithms for natural language processing. Who knew that would come in handy for my coaching business years later? 😄)

Here's what happened next:

I started experimenting with AI tools beyond just content creation.

  • I built a custom chatbot to handle routine client questions about moving to Portugal
  • Then I created several automation workflows that turned 3-hour tasks into 15-minute ones
  • And I'm currently building out a system to handle my social media posting

The result? I've already cut down my busywork time by a significant amount (yayyy - more freedom!)

But here's the really exciting part:

While I was building these automations, I realized something huge - this is the future of running an online business.

Not just using AI tools as they come, but actually crafting custom automation systems that work for YOUR specific business needs.

And that's why I'm making a pivot in my business for 2025.

While SEO will always be part of what I teach (because getting found online is still key), I'm expanding my focus to something bigger:

Helping coaches and consultants build AI-powered businesses that practically run themselves.

This means:

  • Custom automation workflows that handle your tedious routine tasks
  • AI systems that generate leads while you sleep
  • Chatbots that qualify prospects and book calls on autopilot
  • And yes, still creating that SEO-friendly content - but now with sophisticated AI workflows that make it 10x faster

If you're thinking "This sounds amazing but WAY too technical for me" - don't worry.

Remember, I spent years translating complex algorithms into plain English during my PhD. I know how to make this stuff accessible for non-technical folks.

I'm excited to see what next year will bring!

Here's to working smarter in 2025, not harder,

Samantha

In between hiking the Madeiran mountains and chilling on black sand beaches... 😎 Praia Formosa, Madeira Island ...I’ve also made an important decision. From now on, my business will focus on the area where I can make the biggest impact – helping coaches and experts get visible online and create clients on autopilot. Why this pivot? Well, I’ve realized that many amazing coaches struggle with the same issues: They’re passionate about...
